About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You'll own a portfolio of 4–6 consumer services accounts — home services, education, financial services, hospitality, insurance, or similar lead-gen-driven businesses.
  • You will serve as the primary strategic partner for your clients on a day-to-day basis, owning the narrative around performance, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring all marketing efforts ladder up to business objectives.
  • You will act as the day-to-day strategic lead for Consumer Services clients, ensuring marketing efforts are aligned to lead quality, conversion, and revenue — not just lead volume.
  • You will work closely with client marketing and sales or operations contacts to define what a qualified lead actually looks like — and build that definition back into targeting, creative, and campaign strategy.
  • You will partner with Project Managers to ensure execution stays on track — leading client calls directly on larger accounts, while the PM leads on smaller ones.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4–7 years in lead generation or consumer services marketing, with experience managing client relationships day-to-day
  • Understands lead funnel economics: CPL, lead-to-opportunity rate, cost per acquisition, LTV by lead source
  • Has worked with clients who have sales teams — knows what aligning marketing to sales looks like in practice
  • Comfortable with paid search-heavy media mixes and local campaign structures
  • Familiar with local SEO, GMB, and review strategy as performance levers in services categories
  • Has experience framing lead quality vs. lead volume conversations for clients, and knows how to shift focus without damaging the relationship
  • Strong written and verbal communication; can translate funnel data into a clear, credible narrative.
