About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Execute on-page SEO optimizations across assigned client accounts, including metadata, header structure, internal linking, and image alt text.
- Conduct keyword research and maintain keyword mapping documentation for assigned accounts.
- Implement technical SEO fixes in WordPress, including indexing, metadata, and site health improvements.
- Track and analyze performance using GA4, GSC, and SEMrush; contribute to monthly reporting with data-driven observations and insights.
- Support content optimization efforts and assist with content brief development as needed.
- Keep deliverable tracking and internal documentation organized and up to date.
- Communicate proactively with manager and cross-functional partners on task status, priorities, and any blockers.
- Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes.
- Utilize and leverage Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem as it relates to the department.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1–3 years of hands-on SEO experience with demonstrated impact on rankings, traffic, or organic performance.
- Solid foundation in on-page SEO, technical SEO basics, and keyword research.
- Working knowledge of WordPress and proficiency with GA4, GSC, and SEMrush.
- Strong attention to detail with a consistent track record of accurate, on-time delivery.
- Clear communicator who keeps internal teams aligned and updates stakeholders proactively.
- Curious and growth-oriented with a drive to continuously build SEO knowledge and improve results.
