About the role
- Assist in creating and managing paid social media campaigns across platforms like Meta, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
- Conduct a competitor analysis to identify trends and/or opportunities for improvement in paid social strategies for various brands.
- Assist with copywriting for paid advertising campaigns, ensuring the copy is both engaging and on-brand.
- Help build and structure paid advertising campaigns across various paid social platforms ( Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn).
- Support with reporting and analyzing campaign performance data to inform strategic recommendations.
- Stay on top of social media and digital marketing trends in order to suggest innovative ideas on how to improve a brand's performance.
- Participate in paid social-specific training opportunities to deepen your knowledge and expertise in paid advertising.
- Participate in coffee chats with other department leaders and cross-channel learning opportunities.
Requirements
- You’re not afraid of rolling up your sleeves and tinkering with an account
- You’re not afraid of challenges and asking questions
- You’re detail-oriented and pay close attention to design/creative
- You’re a team player and have a passion for the digital marketing sphere
- A background in photo/video editing is a plus, but not required
