About the role

  • Auditing current and prospective clients’ marketing programs
  • Crafting integrated marketing plans supporting omnichannel brands sold in store and online
  • Working closely with teams of channel specialists to develop impactful marketing strategies
  • Determining the best budget allocation by channel, medium, environment, objective, and stage in the funnel
  • Coordinating with channel specialists to ensure strategies align with the overarching plan
  • Researching and analyzing prospective clients, their industry, vertical, competitors, etc
  • Forecasting and projections to ensure budgets, efficiency requirements, and business objectives meet

Requirements

  • 5+ years of cross-channel marketing program management experience
  • Experience working on CPG or omnichannel brands (supporting in store and online sales)
  • Understanding of marketing funnels and flywheels
  • Knowledge of Retail Media Networks and retail marketing experience
  • Brand strategy experience
  • Previous experience with large sets of campaigns and/or clients ($100k+ spend per month per client)
  • Competence in Shopify, GA4, and retailer data partners, such as NielsenIQ, Spins IRI, Crisp, etc
  • Competence in Google Ads, Meta, and/or similar self-serve platforms
  • Familiarity with the larger marketing and media buying landscape
  • Familiarity with owned and earned media channels
  • Familiarity with audience insight tools such as Global Web Index
  • Familiarity with Google product suite, Asana, and Slack
