  • Relationship Building & Partnerships
  • Act as an ambassador of Picinguaba and Fazenda Catuçaba, representing the soul, values, and uniqueness of both places.
  • Cultivate meaningful relationships with guests, group leaders, retreat facilitators, partners, and strategic networks in Brazil and internationally.
  • Strategy, Structure & Execution
  • Monitor performance, pipeline health, and conversion rates, producing clear, intelligent reporting and insights.
  • Leadership & Way of Working
  • Communicate clearly and consistently with internal teams and partners.
