About the role
- Collaborate with Creative Director to push creative concepts and lead execution across graphic design projects
- Mentor and guide other designers, providing feedback and design direction
- Serve as central figure in packaging design from concept through execution and production, partnering with marketing, operations, and manufacturers
- Lead and execute visual design across web & ecommerce channels aligned with brand and marketing goals
- Concept and execute assets across digital channels including email, paid ads, and social
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns from concept through final edits and handoffs
- Assist as creative lead on photo and video shoots when needed
- Ensure brand consistency and quality control across print, digital, packaging, and other touchpoints
- Manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Assist in evolution and expansion of brand identity and campaign visuals
Requirements
- An impressive portfolio of work showcasing your range of your work and style
- Experience in project management tools
- 5+ years of design experience (CPG preferred, but open to in-house or agency backgrounds)
- A well-curated portfolio that showcases branding, visual storytelling, campaign work, and exceptional craft
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign.)
- Strong mastery of design principles such as composition, typography, and layout skills with a meticulous eye for detail and the consumer experience
- Proven experience designing websites, landing pages, and digital campaigns
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate your creative vision and align it with marketing goals
- Experience working across print, digital, packaging, and environmental design
- The ability to juggle multiple projects and thrive in a fast-moving, high-output environment
- Legal authorization to work in the United States (application asks about work authorization)
