Collaborate with creative team by giving guidance and feedback that inspires great work through strong hierarchy principles, typography wizardry, and general robust desire to explore different mediums to achieve a goal
Assist the creative team across packaging design projects from concepts and brand architecture all the way through execution and production, partnering with marketing, operations, and manufacturers to bring bold ideas to life
Lead and execute visual design across web & ecommerce channels pushing the creative to align with brand & marketing goals through solid understanding of consumer experience and purposeful design
Collaborate with a team to concept design and execute assets across digital including, email marketing, paid advertisements, social assets, etc…
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute robust campaigns. Contributing to areas across a campaign creation from concept & asset creation all the way through final edits and organized handoffs.
Stay on top of design trends, typography, color theory, and cultural movements to ensure Bakery's work remains fresh and category-defining
Assist teams on set across photo and video shoots when needed. Ensure every touchpoint (print, digital and beyond) is on-brand, consistent, and polished
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and hitting deadlines with ease.
Assist in the evolution and expansion of our brand identity to and how that fluidly integrates everything we put out; such as campaign visuals, packaging, packing architecture and marketing materials that drive cultural relevance.
Assist in reviews and provide quality control feedback on designs created by teammates and external partners, ensuring brand integrity and creative excellence.
Requirements
An impressive portfolio of work showcasing your range of your work and style.
Experience in project management tools.
2+ years of design experience (CPG preferred, but we’re open to in-house or agency backgrounds).
A well-curated portfolio that showcases branding, visual storytelling, campaign work, and exceptional craft.
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign.).
Strong mastery of design principles such as composition, typography, and layout skills with a meticulous eye for detail and the consumer experience.
Proven experience designing websites, landing pages, and digital campaigns.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate your creative vision and align it with marketing goals.
Experience working across print, digital, packaging, and environmental design.
The ability to juggle multiple projects and thrive in a fast-moving, high-output environment.
