About the role

  • Define, evolve and govern solutions involving:
  • Sales Cloud (pipeline, leads, opportunities, forecasting)
  • Service Cloud (cases, omnichannel, SLAs, knowledge)
  • Marketing Cloud (journeys, automations, segmentation)
  • Financial Services Cloud (data model, financial profiles, 360° customer view)
  • Build solutions that connect Salesforce with business systems, billing, transactional engines and analytics platforms
  • Lead integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems (REST, events, middleware, streaming)
  • Ensure governance, versioning, traceability and security best practices
  • Design efficient flows using Apex, LWC, Flows and automations
  • Work with enterprise data models to ensure consistency, quality and governance between Salesforce and the analytics ecosystem
  • Support the data team in CRM data ingestion, transformation and integration processes
  • Work on CDC, replication, segmentation, enrichment and standardization of information between Salesforce and the Data Platform
  • Understand how data from Salesforce can be structured, loaded and transformed in Snowflake
  • Support decisions on analytical modeling, performance and data pipelines integrated with the platform
  • Collaborate with data engineers and architects to define layers, contracts and corporate governance
  • Work with product, data, marketing, support and sales teams to connect business strategy with scalable solutions
  • Actively participate in the CRM roadmap and data architecture evolution.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in Salesforce Architecture (Sales, Service, Marketing and FSC)
  • Proficiency in data models, automations, Apex, LWC, SOQL and development/configuration best practices
  • Experience with enterprise integrations (REST, APIs, events, middleware)
  • Knowledge of Data Engineering: pipelines, modeling, quality and governance
  • Understanding of analytical structures, ETL/ELT, CDC and integration between CRM and Data Platform
  • Familiarity with security best practices: profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, roles
  • Knowledge of Snowflake (modeling, performance, ingestion and integration with Salesforce)
  • Salesforce certifications (Architect, Consultant, Platform Developer, FSC)
  • Experience with Data Cloud (Customer 360)
  • Experience in financial services, insurance or products with high data complexity
  • Knowledge of event-driven architecture.
