About the role

  • Support the implementation, maintenance and evolution of technology processes (Incident Management, Request Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Financial Management, Vendor Management, among others);
  • Support the monitoring of process outcomes through the implementation, maintenance and development of technology indicators/KPIs;
  • Support financial planning by participating in the annual budgeting process and conducting analyses to assist the approval process;
  • Contribute to decision-making by preparing and organizing routines and materials for the management and monitoring of financial results;
  • Assist in the management of contracts and payments for technology suppliers by controlling and monitoring processes and vendors;
  • Support and assist internal and external audits by collecting the requested evidence;
  • Support the documentation of Technology Governance processes by participating in the drafting of standards, policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in progress or completed;
  • Microsoft Office – intermediate level;
  • Experience in developing and managing KPIs/metrics – intermediate level;
  • Knowledge of Power BI – intermediate level;
  • Experience in budgeting – basic level;
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) – basic level.
  • Differentials (Preferred):
  • ITIL Foundation certification;
  • COBIT Foundation certification;
  • English – intermediate level.
