About the role
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure and security teams to design, build and maintain reliable, scalable systems;
- Participate in planning and executing load, chaos and failover tests, working to mitigate risks and identify bottlenecks;
- Develop and maintain automation tools for monitoring, deployment, rollback and incident response;
- Monitor and respond to critical incidents, perform root cause analysis (RCA) and propose preventive actions;
- Support the evolution of CI/CD processes, Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and security.

- Operating Systems (Linux) — Intermediate;
- Cloud (AWS, GCP or Azure) — Intermediate;
- Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP) — Intermediate;
- Git and Version Control — Intermediate;
- Docker (Containers) — Intermediate;
- Kubernetes / Orchestration — Intermediate;
- Logging (ELK, Loki) — Intermediate;
- Monitoring and APM — Intermediate;
- CI/CD — Intermediate;
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC) — Intermediate;
- Security (DevSecOps principles) — Intermediate;
- SRE culture — Basic;
- Agile methodologies — Basic.
