Software Engineer

• Lead the migration of a federal customer’s SharePoint 2019 environment to SharePoint Online (Microsoft 365).
• Ensure a compliant, efficient, and secure transition that meets federal IT standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and document migration plans.
• Assist in analyzing existing SharePoint 2019 architecture, including subsites, custom forms, and workflows.
• Support the redesign and reimplementation of unsupported features (e.g., hierarchical subsites, InfoPath forms, SharePoint Designer workflows) using modern SharePoint Online tools such as Power Automate, Power Apps, and site collections.
• Participate in testing, validation, and troubleshooting of migrated content and functionality.
• Maintain documentation for compliance, configuration, and user training.
• Ensure adherence to federal security and accessibility standards.
• Other tasks as assigned in support of operational needs.
