About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead market research projects from kickoff through to delivery of data to the client (no analysis)
Precisely understand client needs at the start of each engagement to scope projects and identify the best solutions aligned with their objectives
Translate and coordinate client requirements with internal and external teams
Serve as the primary client contact during operational phases: kickoff, questionnaire design, fieldwork, and delivery
Proactively track project progress and communicate regularly with clients
Build and maintain strong client relationships to maximize satisfaction and long‑term retention
Support clients in using the Potloc platform to optimize their experience and efficiency
Contribute to process and product improvements by proposing new features and ways of working

Requirements

What you’ll need

5 to 8 years of experience as a Project Manager / Research Associate in the market research industry
Proven ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines effectively
Experience designing questionnaires (creation and optimization)
Solid understanding of sampling methodologies (CATI, CAWI, etc.)
Highly autonomous, results‑oriented and proactive
Excellent judgment with a demonstrated track record of resolving issues quickly and effectively
Comfortable managing multiple complex projects simultaneously at different stages of the client journey
Able to perform under pressure while maintaining high quality standards in a fast‑moving environment
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Experience working with consulting firms or private equity funds is a plus
Fluent English is required; French is an asset to support our international client base
