About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- As a **Sampling Strategist** (internal title), you'll be our first Indian-based hire on this team, joining a group of 4 colleagues across Montreal and Paris.
- Our mission is to recruit respondents who match precise profiling criteria and deliver high-quality data that drives actionable insights for our clients — while maintaining optimal sampling margins and meeting client deadlines.
- Reporting to our Strategy Director, you will work on different types of B2B and B2C projects for the world’s leading consulting and private equity firms.
- Plan multi-channel sampling strategies and allocated budgets
- Own the project health (sample structure, margins, deadlines)
- Ensure the quality of internal stakeholders' deliverables
- Manage the follow-up with external stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in market research
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Very good understanding of research methodologies (CAWI, CATI, CAPI)
- Any experience in social media advertising (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Snapchat) is a plus
