About the role

  • You act as a trusted advisory partner for our commercial clients: you advise them on our range of services and sell tailored solutions from our offering.
  • You are responsible for managing your client portfolio within your area of responsibility in the Geneva region.
  • You plan sales activities based on potential and leads. In this context, you work in a structured and proactive manner in collaboration with our dedicated internal teams to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets.
  • You distribute our digital service offerings and support our clients in their digital transformation.
  • You are naturally curious, and new trends in the banking sector motivate you (crypto, fintech, instant payments, tokenization…).

Requirements

  • Experience in advisory and distribution, preferably in a B2B environment or the financial sector.
  • Basic commercial education; SAQ PME certification (or considered equivalent).
  • Customer-oriented with a strong sales aptitude to interact professionally with our clients.
  • You live within your area of operation and have a network in your sector.
  • You hold a valid driver’s license.
  • Native French speaker; a good command of German and/or English is an asset.
