About the role
- You lead and coach a team of around 20 employees across 6 branches.
- You create optimal conditions for teamwork and promote continuous learning.
- Responsible for handling all tasks of daily operations and for providing competent customer advice.
- Actively contribute to shaping the branches and helping them achieve their goals.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in sales, retail or a commercial/business field.
- Experience in leading a team; experience in a deputy/assistant manager role is also acceptable.
- Swiss federal-recognized further training as a leader, or willingness to complete such training.
- Broad interests and a willingness to learn in order to actively drive change and support employees.
- Very good German language skills; other languages are an advantage.
