- Support the leadership duo with operational matters
- Lead the team leaders of parcel and mail delivery
- Ensure smooth service delivery in day-to-day operations
- Coordinate logistics projects and transformation initiatives
Requirements
- Several years of leadership experience in operational logistics units within the courier, express and parcel (CEP) market
- Completed further education in leadership
- Further training in process or logistics management or in business administration is an advantage
- Proactive and able to think holistically
- Very good verbal and written communication skills in German
