About the role
- Develop and implement HR strategy
- Lead committed HR team
- Ensure compliance with employment law regulations
- Advise on complex employment law issues
- Support cultural merging and promote corporate culture
- Create basis for decision-making for Executive Board by reporting on employee key figures
Requirements
- Degree in psychology, HR, or business administration with HR focus
- Several years of HR experience in a comparable position or as an HR business partner
- In-depth knowledge of Swiss employment law
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills, empathy, and intercultural competency
- Very good command of German, English, and French
- Flexibility and enjoyment of travel
