About the role

  • Focus on new customer acquisition and strategic positioning of our cybersecurity portfolio, including lead generation within Switzerland and occasionally abroad, and the development and maintenance of the CRM system.
  • Acquire and manage customers with a focus on long-term relationships and growth.
  • Respond to RFPs/RFIs in collaboration with our presales consultants.
  • Ensure smooth customer onboarding in cooperation with our Engineers.
  • Achieve sales targets, contribute to departmental goals and improve business development processes.
  • Participate in marketing activities, including conferences and customer outreach.
  • Prepare customer proposals, update CRM records, and ensure accurate invoicing.
  • Stay informed about products, services, and industry trends.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales and cold calling, preferably within the cybersecurity or ICT sector.
  • Target-driven, autonomous, and highly organized.
  • Excellent teamwork skills, with strong prioritization and time-management abilities.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-management skills.
  • Proficient in building and maintaining client relationships, and open to feedback.
  • Fluency in German and English (C1); French is a plus.
