About the role
- Focus on new customer acquisition and strategic positioning of our cybersecurity portfolio, including lead generation within Switzerland and occasionally abroad, and the development and maintenance of the CRM system.
- Acquire and manage customers with a focus on long-term relationships and growth.
- Respond to RFPs/RFIs in collaboration with our presales consultants.
- Ensure smooth customer onboarding in cooperation with our Engineers.
- Achieve sales targets, contribute to departmental goals and improve business development processes.
- Participate in marketing activities, including conferences and customer outreach.
- Prepare customer proposals, update CRM records, and ensure accurate invoicing.
- Stay informed about products, services, and industry trends.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales and cold calling, preferably within the cybersecurity or ICT sector.
- Target-driven, autonomous, and highly organized.
- Excellent teamwork skills, with strong prioritization and time-management abilities.
- Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-management skills.
- Proficient in building and maintaining client relationships, and open to feedback.
- Fluency in German and English (C1); French is a plus.
