About the role
- You work closely with the front office and are responsible for the accurate processing of customer instructions in the areas of accounts, technical channels, payments, and the Cash Management Tool
- You ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (GwG, compliance, FATCA, etc.)
- You manage a broad range of tasks with a high degree of autonomy and ensure orders are completed on time
- With your systemic thinking you recognise connections and help us continuously improve processes
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training or an equivalent qualification
- Independent, precise, and reliable working style
- Strong technical interest and affinity: you enjoy working with digital tools, technical channels, and systems
- A team-oriented, committed personality who takes responsibility and enjoys collaborating with others
- Excellent written and spoken German and French; additional languages such as Italian or English are a plus
