About the role

  • Maintain ongoing communication with national and international correspondent banks and manage relationships with domestic and international partners.
  • Shape PostFinance's transaction banking business and develop long-term relationships with national and international financial institutions.
  • Leverage comprehensive knowledge of PostFinance products, services and systems to proactively identify growth opportunities.
  • Handle customer inquiries professionally, efficiently and with a solution-oriented approach; develop individual, tailored solutions.
  • Conduct regular customer visits at home and abroad to position PostFinance as a reliable partner for cash clearing.

Requirements

  • Higher education degree with a focus in economics, banking and finance, business administration, or an equivalent discipline
  • Several years of experience in relationship management and cash-clearing product management
  • Solid expertise in Foreign Exchange (FX), cash management, and correspondent banking
  • Knowledge of cash network management is a clear advantage
  • Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of international payment structures
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills when interacting with internal and external partners; professional demeanor across all management levels
  • Strong negotiation skills and a results-oriented mindset to successfully advance sales and partnership processes
  • Fluent in German and English; additional languages are an asset
