About the role
- Define and communicate the product vision and product strategy at the program level
- Identify and prioritize requirements; maintain the ART backlog
- Work closely with Product Owners, System Architects, and Business Owners
- Develop a realistic and impactful roadmap
- Take functional responsibility for the Post's central core systems
- Analyze trends and customer feedback to inform product development
Requirements
- Degree (FH, HF, or university) in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or Computer Science
- Several years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in a complex digital environment
- Strong customer focus
- Strong affinity for IT and technology
- Knowledge of logistics and experience with the SAFe framework
- Excellent verbal and written communication in a primary national language
- Good knowledge (Level B2) of a second national language and of English
