About the role
- Responsible for delivering efficient maintenance in a highly automated environment
- Lead the Maintenance unit of approximately 55 employees
- Ensure availability and safe operation of sorting, conveying and production systems
- Prepare requirement catalogs and technical concepts
- Promote continuous improvement of maintenance according to TPM principles
Requirements
- Higher education (UAS/university) in engineering, maintenance or Facility Management
- In-depth knowledge of electrical engineering, machinery construction and IT/automation systems
- Several years' experience managing large teams in the maintenance of complex technical facilities
- Very good command of one national language, spoken and written, and good command of a second national language (oral B2 level)
