About the role
- Responsibility for an efficient and future-oriented maintenance function in a highly automated environment
- Management of the Maintenance department with approximately 55 employees
- Overall responsibility for financial, technical and personnel matters
- Ensuring high availability as well as the safe and timely operation of sorting, conveying and production equipment
- Responsibility for the technical condition of the operational infrastructure
- Collaboration with internal operations and specialist departments to develop technical requirements and concepts
- Promotion of continuous improvement of maintenance based on TPM principles
- Involvement in personnel and team development
Requirements
- Degree (FH/University) in Engineering, Maintenance or Facility Management
- Solid knowledge of electrical engineering, mechanical engineering and IT/computer science
- Several years of experience leading large teams in the maintenance of complex technical systems
- Strong assertiveness and the ability to drive decisions
- Holistic and commercial/entrepreneurial mindset
- Proactive, independent way of working
- Commitment, resilience and enthusiasm
- Motivating and fair leadership style
- Very good communication skills in the primary local language
- Good spoken knowledge (B2) of a second local language
