About the role

  • Lead an interdisciplinary team of 15 to 25 people.
  • Plan, coordinate and oversee building maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with quality requirements and targets.
  • Responsible for overall customer service and client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate contracts/assignments and quality-check completed work.
  • Support regional management and optimize processes.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in Facility Management.
  • Knowledge of technical services, cleaning and concierge operations.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to synthesize information.
  • Flexible and solution-oriented with a focus on simple, pragmatic approaches.
  • Excellent spoken French and basic spoken German.
  • Category B driver's license.
  • Able to travel regularly within Romandy (French-speaking Switzerland).
