About the role
- Lead an interdisciplinary team of 15 to 25 people.
- Plan, coordinate and oversee building maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with quality requirements and targets.
- Responsible for overall customer service and client satisfaction.
- Coordinate contracts/assignments and quality-check completed work.
- Support regional management and optimize processes.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in Facility Management.
- Knowledge of technical services, cleaning and concierge operations.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to synthesize information.
- Flexible and solution-oriented with a focus on simple, pragmatic approaches.
- Excellent spoken French and basic spoken German.
- Category B driver's license.
- Able to travel regularly within Romandy (French-speaking Switzerland).
