Key responsibilities & impact

Perform resume screening and refer intern candidates for hiring
Participate in day-to-day Recruitment & Selection activities
Learn to use our digital Recruitment & Selection platform and understand how technology supports decision-making
Interact with candidates and support managers across different departments
Work in partnership with the integration agent to open internship vacancies
Have the opportunity to propose and implement projects related to Recruitment & Selection
Perform administrative and control tasks using our Recruitment & Selection platform - Gupy

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently pursuing a university degree in a field related to HR (Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration)
Proficient with Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
Curious, creative, detail-oriented, and responsible with the ability to work autonomously
Available to work in a hybrid model
