About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform resume screening and refer intern candidates for hiring
- Participate in day-to-day Recruitment & Selection activities
- Learn to use our digital Recruitment & Selection platform and understand how technology supports decision-making
- Interact with candidates and support managers across different departments
- Work in partnership with the integration agent to open internship vacancies
- Have the opportunity to propose and implement projects related to Recruitment & Selection
- Perform administrative and control tasks using our Recruitment & Selection platform - Gupy
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently pursuing a university degree in a field related to HR (Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration)
- Proficient with Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Curious, creative, detail-oriented, and responsible with the ability to work autonomously
- Available to work in a hybrid model
