About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- The professional will work as an Administrative Analyst, supporting administrative and control routines, with a focus on analysis, process monitoring and support for internal clients.
- Perform planning analyses, comparing actual versus planned results, identifying variances and assisting in the preparation of management reports.
- Analyze and control expenses and investments, contributing to budget management.
- Provide support and respond to administrative IT demands across all companies in the group.
- Use internal systems to enter, control and track administrative information.
- Participate in the procurement process, from creating purchase orders and following the workflow through to delivery and receipt of invoices.
- Control and verify received invoices and paid invoices.
- Monitor and manage contract expiration dates.
- Open requisitions and follow up on tickets with the responsible areas until their completion.
- Support the control and monitoring of various administrative processes, ensuring organization and efficiency of routines.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (completed or in progress).
- Proficiency with office tools, especially spreadsheets (Excel), word processors (Word) and presentation software (PowerPoint).
- Comfortable working with internal management systems and tools.
- Organized, detail-oriented and strong analytical skills.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts) (Preferred).
- Previous experience with administrative routines, particularly in purchasing, contracts or financial control (Preferred).
- Experience with ERP systems or corporate management tools (Preferred).
- Basic knowledge of budget control (planned vs. actual) (Preferred).
- Experience handling invoices and tracking purchasing processes (Preferred).
