About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the collection and development of information
- Perform qualitative analysis of collected data
- Prepare management reports
- Design and monitor market and satisfaction surveys
- Build BI solutions and manage performance indicators
- Conduct analyses to generate insights to improve the work of field teams
- Collect information on competitors and market potential
- Plan and analyze market research, both qualitative and quantitative
- Conduct market trend analysis and research into behaviors, opinions, and market habits
- Provide relevant reports and data to senior management on strategic market information, competitor activities, market trends, and new business prospecting
- Support planning and monitoring the development of BI (Business Intelligence)
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree completed (Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields)
- Experience in market analysis
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Knowledge of data extraction and analysis
- Experience with BI tools (preferred)
- Availability for possible travel (preferred)
