About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define metrics and plan the development of new products and improvements;
Ensure project technical documentation — (technical feasibility, use-case analysis, development documentation);
Monitor and update the physical progress of projects, with follow-ups for management and project managers (PMs);
Collaborate directly with the Project Manager and area Coordinator regarding project planning and resource allocation;
Provide effective progress reports on the physical advancement of the project;
Collect and participate in the critical analysis of lessons learned from projects.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
Previous experience working as a Systems Analyst.
Experience in projects: requirements elicitation and analysis, technical documentation design, and conducting user interviews.
Knowledge of SQL.
Availability to work in a hybrid model (onsite and remote).
Knowledge of C# (ASP.NET) and PHP (Laravel) is a plus.
