About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the preparation, updating, and analysis of management reports and indicators (KPIs) for the Procurement area
  • Perform data analysis and Business Intelligence activities
  • Carry out supplier registration, updates, and maintenance
  • Support the presentation of indicators to business units
  • Monitor Procurement department indicators
  • Support monitoring and control of the department's innovation projects
  • Maintain and update management spreadsheets, controls, contracts, and support materials
  • Provide direct support to management with information organization and analyses

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in progress or completed (Administration or related fields)
  • Intermediate Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, analysis)
  • Knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI)
  • Knowledge of PowerPoint
  • Experience with BI tools (Power BI or similar) is a plus
  • Experience or interest in Procurement/Purchasing indicators is a plus
  • Knowledge of SharePoint is a plus
  • Basic understanding of data analysis and process improvement is a plus
