About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the lead for governance of the corporate sustainability plan
- Plan and conduct periodic follow-up meetings
- Provide technical support to business areas in executing actions
- Monitor and consolidate progress of initiatives
- Coordinate and support the operation of the Sustainability Executive Committee
- Ensure consistency between strategy, messaging and practice across sustainability areas
- Track, organize and analyze sustainability indicators
- Coordinate the process of preparing the Sustainability Report
- Produce analyses and executive materials to support leadership decision-making
- Work in partnership with Internal Communications and marketing teams
- Analyze results, derive learnings and propose process improvements
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in sustainability governance and monitoring a corporate sustainability plan
- Professional experience in sustainability, ESG, Corporate Social Responsibility or social impact roles within companies
- Experience coordinating or monitoring projects with multiple stakeholders
- Knowledge of indicators, metrics and performance monitoring
- Experience or familiarity with sustainability reporting
- Understanding of governance, committees and corporate decision-making processes
- Completed postgraduate degree
