About the role
- Ensure project technical documentation
- Assess technical feasibility
- Requirements analysis and creation of use cases
- Create test plans
- Development-oriented documentation
- Monitor and update project progress
- Follow up with developers to clarify questions and remove blockers
- Frequent follow-ups with managers and Project Managers (PMs)
- Record and communicate impediments and risks
- Collaborate with PMs and coordination on planning and resource allocation
- Support effort estimation
- Requirement gathering meetings for new projects
- Collect and participate in critical analysis of lessons learned
- Post-project / post-delivery activities
- Practical suggestions for process improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related fields
- Previous experience working as a Systems Analyst
- Experience in projects involving requirements elicitation and analysis
- Preparation of technical documentation
- Interviews with users / stakeholders
- Fundamental technical knowledge in SQL (queries, joins, filters, aggregations, reading relational models)
- Knowledge of C# (ASP.NET) and PHP (Laravel) is a plus
