Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and monitor KPIs, management reports, and dashboards to support decision-making.
Extract, consolidate, and analyze data, identifying opportunities to improve and optimize processes.
Map, review, and refine operational workflows to increase efficiency and standardize activities.
Monitor partner network performance, tracking KPIs, SLAs, and action plans for continuous improvement.
Develop management tools and controls to monitor operational performance.
Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for automation, simplification, and process restructuring.
Support the operation's administrative and financial management, ensuring process compliance and accuracy of information.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience managing methodical processes, ensuring organization, consistency, and adherence to stages.
Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems.
Basic knowledge of IT (software and hardware).
Familiarity with Python and Power BI.
