About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide support to field technicians during on-site service calls at customer locations;
Analyze requests related to hardware parts and components;
Validate technical equivalences between components, following documentation and engineering guidance;
Consult corporate systems to identify parts availability and compatibility;
Perform inventory analyses and support decision-making to meet service demands;
Act as an interface between internal departments, ensuring timely and accurate information flow;
Track and manage incoming requests, ensuring correct routing and resolution;
Support process improvements and identify automation opportunities for the area.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree completed or in progress;
Basic to intermediate knowledge of computer hardware;
Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and data manipulation);
Previous experience in technical support, service operations, or related areas;
Experience with SAP (a plus);
Experience with Power BI (a plus).
