About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Create and adapt digital assets (banners, social media, videos, landing pages)
Develop Key Visuals (KVs) and campaign materials
Adapt and produce variations of assets for different channels
Produce visual communication materials for e-commerce with a focus on conversion (banners, landing pages, infographics, among others)
Ensure correct application of brand identities according to their respective brand guidelines
Support the development of brand architecture
Finalize files and prepare graphic materials
Organize and manage creative requests (deadlines, status and priorities)
Interact with internal teams, agencies and external partners
Act as the reference for review and approval with external partners, such as agencies and other audiovisual suppliers

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Advertising or related fields
Prior experience as a Designer (marketing, digital or graphic)
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere)
Proficiency with generative AI tools for images and videos
Experience with digital creation and campaign development/adaptation
Knowledge of production for online channels (social media, e-commerce)
Basic knowledge of file finalization (RGB/CMYK, formats)
