About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Prospect and qualify opportunities via advisors, banks and proactive outreach, maintaining a structured and prioritized deal funnel.
Lead the full M&A cycle (buy-side and sell-side), from NDA through negotiation and closing.
Build financial analyses, valuations, scenario modelling and value-creation assessments — autonomously, using both Excel models and AI tools.
Develop structured investment theses and sector deep dives (e.g., Cybersecurity, AI, Data, IT services), including value chain analysis, competitive dynamics and asset selection criteria.
Create narratives and materials for committees, executive management and the board, translating complex analyses into clear, actionable presentations.
Coordinate interactions with internal teams (BUs, FP&A, Legal, etc.) and external partners (targets, advisors, investors).
Ensure discipline in process execution, project organization and alignment with the Company’s internal structures.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree completed. Postgraduate education preferred.
Experience in M&A, Corporate Development, Investment Banking, Private Equity or specialized consulting/boutique firms.
Strong command of corporate finance and valuation fundamentals (DCF, multiples, capital structure, return and risk analysis).
Experience structuring financial analyses and modelling using multiple tools and platforms (Excel, AI, etc.), with emphasis on logic and interpretation.
Experience leading or playing a significant role in transactions (due diligence, negotiation, stakeholder engagement).
Ability to produce structured executive materials (storytelling, synthesis, clarity for C-level and board audiences).
Advanced English is a plus.
