About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support partner schools or networks, ensuring correct implementation and efficient use of educational products.
  • Conduct trainings and capacity-building sessions for school teams to support solution adoption.
  • Provide ongoing customer support, resolving questions and operational issues.
  • Gather feedback from schools and report relevant insights to internal teams.
  • Identify upsell opportunities or partnership expansion based on client needs.
  • Maintain close, strategic relationships—align expectations and ensure satisfaction and retention of partner schools.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Pedagogy, Educational Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, or related fields.
  • Technical knowledge of the educational product portfolio to ensure effective support.
  • Commercial, results-oriented profile with focus on educational impact and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, able to adapt to different audiences (school leaders, coordinators, and teachers).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build long-term partnerships.
  • Consultative approach, focused on understanding client needs and delivering solutions.
  • Ability to conduct training sessions, presentations, and capacity-building.
  • Ability to identify opportunities to expand partnerships.
  • Organized, experienced in account management and monitoring success indicators.
  • Proactive, autonomous, and results-driven.
  • Active listening skills and ability to analyze feedback for continuous improvement.
