About the role

  • Perform maintenance, monitoring, and security activities for the organization's cloud and on-premises infrastructure and web applications.
  • Responsible for ensuring service availability, credential integrity, and the execution of preventive update routines, following industry best practices.
  • Work on monitoring, maintaining, and improving infrastructure to ensure optimal performance of applications and other computing resources.
  • Collaborate with the team and other teams to understand application behavior and periodically publish reports on application monitoring.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, Systems Analysis and Development, or Information Systems;
  • Knowledge of computer networks, container administration, and cloud services (preferably AWS);
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes;
  • Experience with monitoring tools such as Grafana, Elastic Stack, Prometheus, and Alertmanager;
