About the role

  • Identify media opportunities and propose institutional story angles.
  • Gather information from internal departments to produce journalistic content.
  • Attend interviews between spokespeople and journalists, providing support and feedback.
  • Review copy produced by public relations agencies.
  • Coordinate requests with two partner communications agencies.
  • Produce and send a daily press clipping with company and industry news.
  • Monitor and analyze news about Positivo and its executives.
  • Compile results reports (number of articles, sentiment, performance).
  • Monitor the imprensa@ inbox and route interviews and requests.
  • Support the monitoring and management of institutional profiles (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram).
  • Create content (photo, video, copy, and design) for corporate social media.
  • Photograph and film internal and executive events as needed.
  • Perform basic photo and video editing for publications.
  • Propose content aligned with social media trends.

Requirements

  • Education: Graduates or students in Journalism, Public Relations, Advertising, or Communication.
  • Or professionals from other fields with relevant experience in communications and social media.
  • Desired tools and knowledge: Canva, Meta Business Suite, Microsoft Office, basic Photoshop (desirable, not mandatory), basic video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere, etc.), basic photography skills, excellent writing skills and strong command of formal language.
