About the role

  • Monitoring nurture flows and automated campaigns.
  • Support in creating rich content/assets (briefings, organizing information, proofreading).
  • Organize and update landing pages and forms, working with an agency or internal team.
  • Organize the monthly institutional content calendar.
  • Interface with internal departments to gather information.
  • Send structured briefings to the agency (posts, articles, digital materials).
  • Track daily requests and demands.
  • Validate and forward internal approvals.
  • Monitor deliverables, deadlines and quality.
  • Support gathering information about products, services and events.
  • Organize requests and communication alignments.
  • Daily monitoring of messages, comments and mentions.
  • Forward sensitive interactions to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Prepare basic engagement and performance reports (with agency support).
  • Receive, check and forward invoices.
  • Support contracts, budgets and administrative processes for the area.
  • Organize files, content plans and action calendars.

Requirements

  • High school diploma (completed)
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or Business Administration
  • Intermediate English
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (RD Station, HubSpot or similar)
  • Basic understanding of digital metrics analysis (social, website, email)
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads
  • Experience in corporate (B2B) communication and basic knowledge of the B2G segment.
