About the role
- Monitoring nurture flows and automated campaigns.
- Support in creating rich content/assets (briefings, organizing information, proofreading).
- Organize and update landing pages and forms, working with an agency or internal team.
- Organize the monthly institutional content calendar.
- Interface with internal departments to gather information.
- Send structured briefings to the agency (posts, articles, digital materials).
- Track daily requests and demands.
- Validate and forward internal approvals.
- Monitor deliverables, deadlines and quality.
- Support gathering information about products, services and events.
- Organize requests and communication alignments.
- Daily monitoring of messages, comments and mentions.
- Forward sensitive interactions to the appropriate internal teams.
- Prepare basic engagement and performance reports (with agency support).
- Receive, check and forward invoices.
- Support contracts, budgets and administrative processes for the area.
- Organize files, content plans and action calendars.
Requirements
- High school diploma (completed)
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or Business Administration
- Intermediate English
- Advanced Excel skills
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools (RD Station, HubSpot or similar)
- Basic understanding of digital metrics analysis (social, website, email)
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads
- Experience in corporate (B2B) communication and basic knowledge of the B2G segment.
