About the role
- The Product Analyst will be responsible for supporting the Commercial team, acting as the technical focal point in defining and positioning equipment (datacenter servers), ensuring alignment between customer requirements and the company's portfolio/strategy.
- Gathering and analyzing customer requirements, translating business needs and technical specifications into viable and competitive datacenter solutions.
- Defining products and configurations, taking into account standards and best practices.
- Providing technical support to the commercial team, including scope validation, proposal review, preparation of BOMs, and support for technical presentations or meetings.
- Interfacing with manufacturers, product engineering, and solution architects to validate technical feasibility, costs, documentation, and product roadmaps.
- Producing technical documentation such as product datasheets, specification guides, comparisons, and training materials.
- Supporting training for internal and external teams on solutions, differentiators, and technical guidelines of the portfolio.
- Preparing technical comparisons with competing products.
- Creating technical content for the company's website.
- Requesting Opportunity Registrations with the company's partners.
- Analyzing product sales performance in terms of models and components, contributing to material planning.
- Analyzing usage of the Configurator tool.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Computer, Electrical, Telecommunications, Production), Information Systems, Information Technology, Systems Analysis, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Intermediate English.
- Analytical and detail-oriented profile, able to translate business needs and customer technical specifications into viable and competitive datacenter solutions.
- Understanding of the hardware architecture of IT equipment (desktops, laptops, or servers).
- Proficiency required in preparing proposals, component studies, and technical product comparisons to produce clear and well-structured technical documentation.
