About the role

  • Create and develop strategic visual materials for campaigns, products, and projects, ensuring brand consistency and a high aesthetic standard.
  • Develop visual identities for products, campaigns, events, and projects aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Produce institutional materials such as presentations, e-books, infographics, commercial PDFs, and sales support kits.
  • Create graphic assets for online campaigns (static images, carousels, short videos, basic motion) adapted for Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Support the creation of UI layouts for landing pages, microsites, and pages on the corporate website.
  • Perform basic image editing and retouching.
  • Create strategic visual presentations focused on narrative and impact.
  • Ensure brand consistency by guiding correct use of logos, colors, typography, and templates.
  • Interpret briefs and propose visual solutions aligned with communication and marketing objectives.
  • Manage the production workflow for assets, organizing deadlines and priorities.
  • Research references and trends to bring innovation to design.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Design, Multimedia Production, Audiovisual, or Communication (completed).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of Premiere and/or After Effects.
  • Experience with collaborative tools (Figma, Canva Pro).
  • Basic UI/UX knowledge for creating simple layouts.
  • Understanding of formats and best practices for digital media.
  • Ability to develop professional presentations (Google Slides / PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with task management tools (Trello, ClickUp).
