About the role

  • Work within the Service Engineering area, focused on Payment Machines, contributing strategically to the continuous improvement of field services and products, ensuring efficiency in repair processes, high equipment performance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare the environment for product repairs: develop and document operational procedures, execution time estimates, required documentation lists, tool inventories and system configurations, ensuring compliance and efficiency in field processes.
  • Monitor field product performance: track performance indicators, analyze complaints and reported failures, and identify improvement opportunities in product aspects, manufacturing processes and associated services to optimize quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Drive continuous improvement of repair processes and products: develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase the efficiency of repair procedures and the robustness of products through systematic analyses and corrective actions.
  • Support pricing of new products: collaborate on the definition of pricing strategies, providing technical data and market insights to ensure competitiveness and economic viability.
  • Develop containment solutions for field issues: identify and propose provisional measures for problems in the field, supporting the product team in root-cause investigation and resolution to minimize operational impact.
  • Participate in client meetings: attend discussions with external stakeholders, analyze reported failures and propose product improvement studies in close collaboration with Product Engineering.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Information Technology, Electronic Engineering, Networks, Telecommunications, Systems, Programming or related fields.
  • English: intermediate to advanced.
