About the role

  • Collaborate with the Director of People & Talent to execute on our headcount plan for Q1 2026.
  • Conduct proactive outreach and manage the recruitment process to maintain a pipeline of exceptional candidates.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to department heads and hiring managers.
  • Manage the careers page and collaborate with Marketing to create engaging hiring landing pages that showcase ‘Life at Posh.’

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in full lifecycle talent acquisition at growth-stage startups, with a proven track record of recruiting world-class Engineering and Product talent.
  • Strong understanding of both technical and non-technical recruiting.
  • Self-starter with the ability to take projects from 0-1 with minimal oversight.
  • Experience with modern recruiting stack including Ashby, Juicebox, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to connect with individuals at all levels and foster strong relationships.
