About the role

  • Assist with payroll reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in collaboration with internal teams and payroll providers
  • Partner with our PEO (iSolved/Insperity) to support onboarding, employee data updates, benefits enrollments, and compliance requirements
  • Maintain and update employee and contractor records, ensuring compliance with US labor laws and company policies
  • Support day-to-day HR administration, including documentation, contract preparation, and compliance tracking
  • Respond to employee questions regarding payroll, benefits, and policies, escalating complex issues to the International HR Generalist or PEO as needed
  • Assist Regional Managers in the recruitment process and manage onboarding workflows including I-9 verifications and E-Verify submissions
  • Coordinate mandatory employment training for new venue representatives (harassment/discrimination, workplace violence)
  • Monitor compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations and support audits or data requests
  • Assist in documenting HR workflows (onboarding checklists, training materials, SOPs) and recommend process improvements

Requirements

  • 2+ years of HR administration or recruitment experience
  • Familiarity with US labor laws, payroll processes, I-9 and E-Verify compliance, and contractor management
  • Experience working with PEOs (preferably iSolved/Insperity) a strong advantage
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities across time zones
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially in virtual settings
  • Proficiency in HRIS/payroll systems, Google Workspace, and Zoom
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Must be US-based; successful applicant will be hired into Poseidon's US-based partner company
