Own the top of the funnel. Identify, mine, and qualify potential property owners using our lead systems, permit databases, and enrichment tools (Airbnb, PropStream, OwnerPoint, etc.).
Get creative with outreach. Personalize emails, texts, and messages that actually get replies. You’ll stand out from the noise.
Set the table. Schedule qualified appointments between homeowners and our Regional GMs — you open the door, we close the deal.
Collaborate directly with leadership. You’ll work side-by-side with me (National Sales Director) to refine outreach strategy, messaging, and targets.
Track and optimize. Log activities and results in HubSpot, measure performance, and constantly look for ways to out-perform yourself.
Requirements
You’re an independent operator — self-motivated, competitive, and capable of managing your own time.
You’re a data-driven prospector who knows how to turn information into opportunity.
You’re obsessed with results. You don’t need micromanagement — you need a scoreboard.
You’re tech-comfortable. Experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn, Google Sheets, or lead enrichment tools is a plus.
You’re relentless but human. You know how to be persistent without being pushy, and how to connect with people authentically.

$750 average commission per closed contract. Once ramped, I expect we are doing +20 contracts per month (commissions paid on properties when they 'go-live')
