About the role

  • Map, design and update processes for partner areas, ensuring end-to-end visibility and appropriate documentation.
  • Identify improvement opportunities through process analysis, data, metrics and feedback from stakeholders.
  • Conduct diagnostics and facilitate continuous improvement workshops focused on gains in efficiency, quality or experience.
  • Support process simplification and automation initiatives in collaboration with technical and operational teams.
  • Work with business areas to prioritize and implement improvements, monitoring results and ongoing sustainability.
  • Support the development and evolution of process policies, workflows and governance.
  • Collaborate with different teams and stakeholders to build integrated solutions aligned with business objectives.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in process mapping and redesign.
  • Experience with continuous improvement projects or initiatives such as Lean, Kaizen, PDCA, etc.
  • Strong critical analysis skills, clear communication and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Familiarity with mapping tools (e.g., Bizagi, Lucidchart, Miro, Visio).
  • Knowledge of performance indicators (KPIs), change management and process automation is desirable.
