About the role

  • Manage the company's product portfolio, aligning it with organizational strategy and ensuring delivery of results.
  • Vendor management: Responsible for mapping, negotiating, establishing, and maintaining contracts with suppliers, ensuring alignment with company standards and objectives.
  • Performance monitoring and reporting: Monitor and ensure portfolio performance; perform data analysis and create performance reports, presenting strategic analyses and insights.
  • Continuous improvement: Propose and implement enhancements to outsourcing processes, seeking innovative solutions and increasing efficiency.
  • Work collaboratively with the group's business units to optimize project execution.

Requirements

  • Experience in portfolio management or related areas, with a strong focus on delivering results.
  • Ability to analyze data and performance, proposing effective and practical solutions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams, and to present information and results clearly.
  • Strong communication skills, proactivity, and the ability to manage multiple demands in an organized manner.
  • Analytical mindset, strategic vision, and results orientation.
  • Preferred: Experience in retail focused on home centers; knowledge of Databricks and Tableau is a plus.
