About the role
- Deliver technical training and presentations to salespeople, architects, and specifiers.
- Monitor stores' quote pipeline, analyzing and providing support to convert quotes into sales.
- Provide technical support to stores and sales teams on products and solutions in the complementary categories.
- Act as the bridge between category strategy and the stores.
- Identify opportunities and implement action plans to drive category performance.
- Maintain a structured routine of follow-up and reporting, including strategic on-site visits and continuous remote monitoring.
Requirements
- Hands-on professional with strong discipline and an execution-focused mindset.
- Strong relationship-building and influencing skills with sales teams, architects, and specifiers.
- Organized, resilient, and results-oriented profile.
- Previous experience in store operations, franchising, or field consulting is a plus.
- Familiarity with technical products (metal fittings and sanitaryware) is desirable.
- Availability for frequent travel.
