About the role

  • Record and monitor invoices for benefits and People & Culture expenses in the Oracle system, ensuring compliance and timely processing;
  • Monitor the receipt of invoices, create electronic protocols, and follow up on payments with the Finance team;
  • Guide new suppliers on registrations and payment policies, ensuring accurate information and process efficiency;
  • Register and update employee profiles and hierarchies in the Oracle system (Person Record / Ficha Person), ensuring data is correct and up to date;
  • Support governance of the Service Center (area tickets), monitor indicators and contribute to the improvement of workflows and SLAs;
  • Support accounting reconciliation of benefit accounts and track the area’s budget, providing analytical attention to variances and opportunities for optimization;
  • Perform and improve administrative routines, such as parking control, Gympass management, badge requests, and reverse logistics for former employees’ equipment;
  • Map opportunities to improve administrative processes, proposing solutions and automations that increase the area’s efficiency;
  • Work collaboratively with other People & Culture teams, ensuring organization, quality, and agility in deliverables.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Administration, Accounting, Human Resources Management or related fields;
  • Previous experience with administrative, financial or process-control routines;
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and task optimization;
  • Proactive, organized, and responsible;
  • Good communication skills and ability to interact with diverse stakeholders;
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets;
  • Experience with the Oracle system is a plus.
