About the role
- Record and monitor invoices for benefits and People & Culture expenses in the Oracle system, ensuring compliance and timely processing;
- Monitor the receipt of invoices, create electronic protocols, and follow up on payments with the Finance team;
- Guide new suppliers on registrations and payment policies, ensuring accurate information and process efficiency;
- Register and update employee profiles and hierarchies in the Oracle system (Person Record / Ficha Person), ensuring data is correct and up to date;
- Support governance of the Service Center (area tickets), monitor indicators and contribute to the improvement of workflows and SLAs;
- Support accounting reconciliation of benefit accounts and track the area’s budget, providing analytical attention to variances and opportunities for optimization;
- Perform and improve administrative routines, such as parking control, Gympass management, badge requests, and reverse logistics for former employees’ equipment;
- Map opportunities to improve administrative processes, proposing solutions and automations that increase the area’s efficiency;
- Work collaboratively with other People & Culture teams, ensuring organization, quality, and agility in deliverables.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Administration, Accounting, Human Resources Management or related fields;
- Previous experience with administrative, financial or process-control routines;
- Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and task optimization;
- Proactive, organized, and responsible;
- Good communication skills and ability to interact with diverse stakeholders;
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets;
- Experience with the Oracle system is a plus.
