About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Check ingested and system-generated data for anomalies and gaps, and help trace them to the source
Build and run QA checks, report generation, and automations using Python and SQL
Assist Data Analysts with day-to-day customer data queries and dashboard upkeep
Support new data-source integrations, connecting carrier and market data into the system
Document work and findings for team reuse
Work with Data Analysts and Data Scientists while reporting to the Data Lead
Investigate unexpected data issues to identify underlying causes and maintain prediction accuracy

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently pursuing a final-year degree or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related field
Working knowledge of Python and SQL
Ability to write SQL queries and Python scripts
Curiosity and willingness to learn the domain, product, data, and customers
Ability to investigate unexpected data issues and ask questions early
Ability to use AI tools responsibly, validate their output, and explain the work performed
Strong attention to detail
Empathy for customers and sense of urgency
Fluent written and verbal English
Comfortable working in a diverse, fully remote team
